Just wanted to give a quick update :) I weighed in at 227 today, which means I lost about 5lbs! It sounds like nothing.. but I think its a start :) I’m just happy to see improvement!&lt;/p&gt;

Today is Day 9 and my callorie limit was 500. I had one orange:60 cals, chips: 150 cals, and two mini fish tacos: ~200 cals. So all together I have had 410 cals today. :) I&amp;#8217;m gonna stop there since I&amp;#8217;m still bothered about the days I messed up. Tomorrow is my fasting day. I think this is going to be freakishly difficult.
